Marketing Grants

Deadline

The deadline for locals to submit their 2024 marketing grant request is May 15th, 2024.

Ideas

This $7,500 grant is to be used to market your local in the community. Here are a few ideas of what the grant should be used for:

• Radio Advertising
• Billboards
• Sponsorships that include public signage, digital signage, or digital ads
• Print ads in magazines, newsletters, or in programs
• Mailers
• Commercials
• There are many more directions you can take with your grants. If you have an idea but aren’t sure, reach out to the Marketing Team and we’d be happy to help.

Presentations

The marketing team is working on creating ready-to-use presentations for reps to easily download and use. These will range from general information about our organization to a user-friendly template that can be adjusted for whatever the need.

Email Signatures

Soon, everyone on staff will have a standardized email signature.  We will be working with COVI to implement these.  There will be an add-on that allows for promotion of focus or trade.

Business Cards

With the new Council name change, everyone will need new business cards. We are finalizing a design and will be ordering a batch order to replace the out of date cards.

We have several other initiatives and projects coming up. Please be patient as we work on transitioning all our high priority designs.
