CMRCC Offers New Industrial Maintenance Technology Training
Like many industries across the country, manufacturing facilities are experiencing skilled labor shortages due to an influx of baby boomer retirements. Last year, contractors reached out to the CMRCC for help filling their industrial maintenance skilled labor needs.
In our continuing efforts to offer the safest, most highly skilled workforce available, we created new innovative, interactive training solutions to help our members master technical systems, solve problems and adapt to a rapidly-changing workplace.

CMRCC training directors met with contractors in October to promote this new training.
The millwright training includes highly interactive eLearning and hands-on simulators to train tomorrow’s workforce for industries such as manufacturing, oil, and gas, packaging, etc. Students will earn SACA Certifications, created and recognized in Industry.
