Area Wages
As of 2023, non-union tradespeople make only 87% of a union worker’s wages. Thanks to union representation and collective bargaining, wages for the construction trades have risen consistently year-after-year for all workers.
Contract negotiation teams fight for raises and majority issues at the end of each contract term. Area wages are subject to change with those negotiations. For more details on wages, please reach out to a local Business Representative.
