INDUSTRIAL
What is an Industrial Member?
Car seats, overhead doors, barges, millwork and code enforcement. At first glance these items don’t have much in common, but there is one thing bonding the people making all of these things together: Solidarity.
Central Midwest Regional Council of Carpenter Industrial members are skilled professionals who craft fine woodwork, cabinetry, and décor in commercial, residential and retail structures. They assemble car seats, build barges, doors, do millwork and even enforce city codes in Louisville.
CMRCC Industrial workers value professionalism, productivity and solidarity. They take pride in being the best at what they do, with a focus on collaboration with employer partners based on mutual respect, a dedication to training, and a strong work ethic.
Our Local Unions are strongly encouraged to participate and support local communities. They play a vital and vibrant role in building strong supportive cities, towns and villages. We demonstrate leadership during community celebrations, times of benevolence and charitable events. Our solidarity extends from the shop floor to kitchen tables and the communities where we live.
Industrial Locals
The CMRCC has three local industrial unions: Local 2013, Local 2501 and Local 2031. Learn about the workplaces that make up these local unions below.
